Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Associate to manage and optimize product listings on major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol. This role is key to ensuring that our product catalogue is accurately represented, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility and sales across multiple online marketplaces. The Listing Associate will work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings on eCommerce platforms like Amazon/ Trendyol & Noon.
  • Ensure product details (title, description, specifications, images, pricing, etc.) are complete, accurate, and optimized for search engine visibility.
  • Regularly update listings with the latest product details, stock availability, and promotional content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, discrepancies, or compliance issues on e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure listings reflect accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and update pricing to stay competitive and reflect any changes in costs or promotions.
  • Develop clear and engaging product descriptions and images that align with the brand’s tone and appeal to target customers.
  • Ensure all product content is accurate and complies with eCommerce platform guidelines and policies.
  • Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., views, clicks, conversion rates, sales) and take actions to improve listing performance.
  • Track competitor listings and make necessary adjustments to remain competitive.
  • Track and address customer reviews, ensuring any negative feedback is flagged and resolved appropriately.
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure product questions are answered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all product listings comply with marketplace policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on platform guidelines and adapt listings to any changes in policies or terms of service.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize product listings for search visibility (using platform-specific tools, like Amazon Seller Central or others).
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and back-end search terms to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to improve listings and identify opportunities for product promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and listing processes, familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Trendyol Merchant Dashboard is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and eCommerce product optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and comfortable working with eCommerce tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in handling international e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Ability, experience, and willingness to perform hands on configuration, as well as to guide and direct teams, based on project requirements/situation.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver demos and workshops of specific functionality.
  • Must have good exposure on Handling Units, POSC, LOSC, WOCR and PPF
  • Good to have ABAP technical knowledge
  • Ability to understand the business requirement and map these into SAP EWM
