Raghbir Kapoor: Managing Director

  • 14 years of experience with System Integration projects for major global players across industry verticals – Chemicals,Banking, Retail, FMCG.
  • Raghbir has performed senior roles right from Sales support, Industry Participation with SAP product development, Delivery and Deployment.
  • Very experienced in defining and building Integration Architecture for large Transformation Programmes using SAP technologies, eCommerce platforms and Cloud solutions.
  • Raghbir served Accenture for 11 years and Nestle/Nespresso briefly before joining Kirat as Lead Solution Architect and Managing Director.
  • Raghbir is leading the product development for Kirat’s flagship product LegalBell and has also setup various software services offering for Kirat.

Sandeep Patel: Director-Operations

  • Sandeep Patel is responsible for entire gamut of Operations, Client Relations, Technology and Capability creation across the organization.
  • Over 18 years of experience in leadership roles in companies like Amazon, HSBC, GE Money, Party Gaming & Synchrony Financial.
  • An enterprising leader with a passion for hiring and developing talent across multiple remote locations.

Rudra Roy: Head SAP Business

  • Rudra served IBM for 12 years and worked 3 Years as a freelance consultant in Europe before joining Kirat and is Heading the SAP business
  • 16 years of rich experience in defining and building Enterprise Architecture for large Transformation Programmes using SAP technologies, eCommerce platforms and Cloud solutions.
  • Rudra has performed senior roles right from Sales support, Industry Participation with SAP product development, Delivery and Deployment.

Ripple Kaur: Director Integration and Quality Assurance

  • Ripple is heading the Integration area of Kirat and is a certified SAP Process Integration consultant
  • 6 years of rich experience both customer facing in UK and in India in Integration and Quality Assurance Projects
  • She has worked for TechMahindra and Capgemini before joining Kirat
